The Extraction & The Oversight — a MaxxLogix® comic series. The Hummingbird gathers. The Owl decides. Documents and data come in; business outcomes go out. Start with Episode 1 and read them in order.

Episode 1 — The Two-Minute Stack

A stack of documents lands at 8:00. The Hummingbird extracts every field while the Owl checks every one — and routes a single document to a human for review. Cleared in about two minutes, with nothing left waiting.

Episode 2 — N-Way, Not One-Way

Three sources describe one transaction — and disagree on the quantity. The Owl flags the difference, the task goes back to the submitter, and the e-form gets corrected at the source: 125 becomes 120. Matched, and cleared to move on.

Episode 3 — Show Me the Number

The Hummingbird gathers; the Owl analyzes. Dashboards turn the week’s document grind into numbers a team can act on — the figures in this episode are an illustrative example of what that reporting looks like.
